英語での自己紹介の仕方

英語での自己紹介をする方法を身につけましょう。まず、自分の何を話すかを決めます。

・名前
・働いている会社、部署、役職、専門
・出身地
・経歴、学歴
・家族構成
・趣味

場 所や機会によって、自己紹介の内容が違ってきます。例えば、ビジネスシーンでの自己紹介の場合は主に会社や専門に関する紹介になるでしょう。就職活動での インタビュー時の自己紹介では、あなたの専門や経歴・学歴などが重要視されます。また一方で社内やパーティなどの際の自己紹介では家族構成や趣味などが良 いポイントとなります。特にアメリカ人は家族を大切にしていますので、その場に妻や家族がいる場合は紹介すると盛り上がります。

まず、自分の何を話すかを決めましょう。

英語での自己紹介に使えるフレーズ

ここでは自己紹介に使えるフレーズを紹介します。

Hello, my name is Taro Tanaka, a business consultant working for ABC company. My company offers business solutions to our customers, so most of my time, I meet our customers to discuss their business issues and provide solutions. I'm usually off on weekends, so I spend time with my family. I have a wife and 2 kids, 5 and 7 years old, both are boys. We like to go fishing, so for example last weekend, we went to Izu and got a big flat fish. 

My name is Yoko Yamada from ABC company. I'm specialize sales analysis and I'm responsible for sales operation in this country.

学歴の紹介
For my educational background, I have a bachelor degree of mathmatics from ABC University and a master degree of computer science from XYZ University.

I majored business at ABC Univ. and graduated it last summer.

My speciality was Civil Engineering and studied about bridge structures.

英語で1分間の自己紹介

1分というと短いかもしれませんが、英語で1分自己紹介しなさい、と言われると以外と長く感じます。ただ、自己紹介は長すぎても良くありませんので、1分間がちょうど良い長さです。ですので、英語で1分間スムーズに自己紹介できるように何度も練習しましょう。
